Thanks to my friend Susan Noel-Downey foe sharing this recipe and inspiring me to use this for the Cooking in the Kerkhof Kitchen this week

Cheesy Bacon Burger Dip

1 lb COOKED ground beef

1 block cream cheese at room temp

1/2 c mayo

1 c shredded cheese

1 T Worcestershire sauce

1 T A Spice Affair Montreal Burger

1 T A Spice Affair ketchup

1 T A Spice Affair caramelized onion

1 T A Spice Affair everything bacon

~add all ingredients into bowl and stir til combined

~bake 350F for 20-25 minutes (keep watch)

Toppings: tomato, relish, red onion, lettuce, pickles

p.s. my take on this was to mix it with leftover cooked rice tonight –

Or I would toss it with hot cooked pasta!
