A Middle Eastern-inspired dish that’s zesty, juicy, and packed with flavor!
Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs or breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1.5 tbsp A Spice Affair Sumac

- Juice of 1 lemon (I used RealLemon from the jar)
- 1 tsp A Spice Affair Pink Himalayan Salt
- ½ tsp A Spice Affair Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Herbed Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or mint (or both) – I used fresh mint
- 1 tsp A Spice Affair Garlic Magic (optional but amazing!)

- Cook the Chicken:
- Grill, bake (400°F for 20–25 min), or pan-fry the chicken until fully cooked and golden.
