Steak Quesadillas!

So I had some leftover Everything Onion Dip – that was made with mayo and greek yogurt and I added a bit of Smoky Chipotle to that – I like to start my quesadillas with a base of sauce or something on the tortilla wrap

Then I layered it with thinly cut

cooked steak

onions

peppers

mushrooms

shredded cheese

Sprinkle with Fajita or Taco Seasoning from A Spice Affair

Top with the 2nd tortilla wrap

I like to coat it with some melted coconut oil and a sprinkling of salt
